We have spent the "bull" year under the cover of the epidemic, and have gone through an extraordinary 365 days. After nearly a year of decoration, Ruilai finally bid farewell to the 27 year lessee era. In August 2021, Ruilai office officially settled in its new address, Yilong square, No. 15, Jinlong Road, Longhua District, Haikou City. The seventh and eighth floors of Yilong square are permanent office space owned by Ruilai. We spent nearly ten million yuan on careful decoration, equipped with complete modern office facilities and equipment. The office area increased from 1600 square meters to 2500 square meters, and the per capita office area of lawyers reached 20 square meters. Comfortable office environment is the solid foundation of "productivity" and "creativity" of Ruilai.

In 2021, Ruilai comprehensively improved the service ability of the administrative team, and greatly improved the efficiency of case management, financial management, public service and internal affairs support; The level of coordination between the case handling lawyers and the administrative team has been qualitatively improved. We have continuously strengthened the construction of informatization, achieved the digitalization of case management, and increased cooperation with legal professional data suppliers. Ruilai unswervingly implements the talent strategy. In the past year, we have attracted overseas students and multinational companies returning from North America, Europe and East Asia to join Ruilai. Ruilai's working language is French, Japanese, Portuguese, Korean and other languages on the basis of Chinese and English. In 2021, Ruilai achieved double growth in the number of cases and business income with its staff basically unchanged. A number of cutting-edge lawyers have stood out and made remarkable achievements.

We are very grateful to our customers for their trust. We help them manage their most eye-catching, complex and sensitive legal affairs, and constantly consolidate and deepen their friendship. We pay attention to the "various problems" highly related to customers, and have long been exploring and discussing the existing, potential and possible problems with customers. We pay close attention to the cross industry legal solutions most urgently needed by customers, and ensure that we can send first-class teams to provide support in these areas.
The year of the tiger has arrived, and the new year has a new mission. The epidemic has not yet ended, macroeconomic uncertainty will continue for a long time, and the construction of free trade ports has entered the final stage of preparation before the "Customs closure operation". These factors have put forward new requirements and challenges to legal service institutions. Ruilai people have a deep understanding of the requirements of the times. We will firmly carry out digital transformation, integrate modern technology into legal services, constantly innovate legal services, and create a number of professional, refined, novel and characteristic legal service products. In terms of service methods, we strive to expand communication and contact methods. Through digital transformation, we add virtual and remote means to the traditional communication methods to follow up the rich and changing needs of customers and solve the problems that customers care about
